তানভীর ঢাকার একটি বেসরকারি কোম্পানিতে ভালো পদে কাজ করেন। কিন্তু একটা বড় সমস্যা আছে — বিদেশি ক্লায়েন্টদের সামনে English বলতে গেলে গলা শুকিয়ে যায়। সাক্ষাৎকারে প্রশ্ন বুঝলেও উত্তর বের হয় না ঠিকমতো।
এক বন্ধু পরামর্শ দিল ChatGPT-কে English tutor হিসেবে ব্যবহার করতে। তানভীর প্রথমে বিশ্বাস করেননি — একটা AI কি সত্যিকারের English শেখাতে পারে?

ChatGPT কি সত্যিই English শেখাতে পারে?
সৎ উত্তর হলো — হ্যাঁ, অনেকটা। কিন্তু সব কিছু নয়।
ChatGPT যা করতে পারে: Grammar ব্যাখ্যা করা, লেখা ঠিক করা, Vocabulary শেখানো, কথোপকথনের অনুশীলন করানো এবং IELTS Writing-এ feedback দেওয়া।
ChatGPT যা পারে না: সঠিক উচ্চারণ শেখানো (এটা text-based টুল), বাস্তব মানুষের সাথে কথা বলার মতো আত্মবিশ্বাস তৈরি করানো। সত্যিকারের মানুষের সাথে কথা বলার অভিজ্ঞতার বিকল্প নেই।

ChatGPT কি Duolingo-র চেয়ে ভালো English শেখায়?
দুটো আলাদা কাজ করে। Duolingo গেমের মতো structured lessons দেয় — বিগিনারদের জন্য ভালো। ChatGPT অনেক বেশি flexible — আপনার নিজের কাজের English, নিজের ভুল সংশোধন করা যায়। সেরা ফলাফলের জন্য দুটো একসাথে ব্যবহার করুন।
কতদিন অনুশীলন করলে পার্থক্য বুঝব?
প্রতিদিন ১৫-৩০ মিনিট অনুশীলন করলে ৪-৬ সপ্তাহে Writing-এ উন্নতি দেখবেন। Vocabulary ৩-৪ সপ্তাহে বাড়বে। কথা বলার আত্মবিশ্বাস আসতে ৩ মাসের মতো লাগতে পারে। ধারাবাহিকতাই একমাত্র রহস্য।
বিনামূল্যে ChatGPT দিয়ে কি IELTS প্রস্তুতি হবে?
হ্যাঁ, ChatGPT-র ফ্রি ভার্শন দিয়েই IELTS Writing Task অনুশীলন, Vocabulary শেখা এবং Grammar practice করা যায়। তবে নির্দিষ্ট IELTS পরীক্ষার প্রশ্ন ব্যাংক এবং মক টেস্টের জন্য British Council বা Magoosh-এর মতো প্ল্যাটফর্ম ভালো।
